For Time:

60 Jump lunges (1 Leg counts as 1 rep)

10 Bar Muscle Ups  (Scale with 3x chest to bar pull ups and Dips)

50 Jump Lunges (Each Leg)

8 Bar Muscle Ups

40 Jumping Lunges

6 Bar Muscle Ups

 

1 lunge = 1 rep

14 Minute Time Cap
