We are nearing the end of our strength cycle and a great majority of peeps are blowing their old 1 rep maxes out of the water. Seriously impressive gains these last two months. Congrats to every one who worked hard and PR’d on back squat on Monday. Today should be a great day for PR’s too so that bell should be ringing all day long! Get after CFBers!
