-All 8 rounds before moving on to next movement.
-Switch arms every for KB swings.

½ Tabata of each:
Box jumps/step ups
Sit ups
KBS/SDHP (with KB)
Squat jumps
Push Press (empty barbell)
Slam Ball Over Shoulder (40/50#)¬¬
