WOD:

4min AMRAP
400m Run
3 squat clean
9 Push ups
2min rest
Repeat 4 min Amrap

-Squat clean weight approximately 60% of weight used for EMOM.
-Start the WOD with 400m run and then AMRAP of 3 & 9.
-Start the second AMRAP with a 400m run and then where ever you left off with the 3 & 9.
