WOD:

3 Rounds:
20 Hang power Clean 95/65
20 Cal Row

Rx+ 115/85
-Reps for cleans should be fast!

BOOTCAMP:

Partner Wod, must preform as a chipper.
(25 min Cap)
50 cal Row, 1 person rows, the other holds plank
50 TTB, 1 person works on TTB, the other hangs.
50 Thrusters, 1 person works on Thrusters, the other holds a squat.
50 Burpees, 1 person does Burpees the other holds Barbell overhead.
50 Weighted Sit ups w/ plate.
50 Step Ups/Box Jumps, alternate with partner.
AMRAP DU’s only 1 person can jump at a time
