(throw bar over bar to partner)(total)

-3 Burpee penalty if bar hits are or touches ground

100 Incline push ups


-Feet on box

(if not able to incline, normal push ups)

100 Step up and Over Box


100 Meball sit ups(total)

-hook feet

– Med ball touches all the way over head and then passed to partner


**** 6 rope climbs between sets(total)

-after each set of 100
