Ok CFB peeps, it’s time we take a little look at your wall ball action. Let’s be honest here, wall balls ain’t your specialty but don’t  you worry because we will be working on them today. Pay attention to reaching a full squat with each rep. Also keep in mind whimpy ball tosses just won’t cut it. Make sure you get that ball to the standard height (10ft for men and 9ft for women).  Get after it! 3-2-1 Go!
