FYI CFBers!!! The gym will be open tomorrow but the bathrooms will not be working for the morning classes! Plan accordingly. Sorry for the inconvenience.

STRENGTH:
Deadlift
5×3

WOD:
100m Run
10 Push ups
200m Run
20 Sit ups
300m Run
30 Push ups
400m Run
40 sit ups
-Perform as a ladder. Up and back down. Only do 400m/40 on time.
-Once finished with 40 sit ups go to 30 push ups then 300m run
