SKILL: gymnastics practice

Burpees
50โ€™ Yoke Carry
360lbs/270lbs
*4-45s/2-45s
-Perform yoke carry after each set of Burpees.
-Do WOD in heats
-If yoke is too heavy or big classes sub farmer carry.
-This should be a fast WOD!
-6min time cap
