Have you tried the Kool-Aid at BootCamp yet?
If not, we have new days/times coming at you starting next week (with our new Summer Hours).
Mon/Wed at 6:30pm are our new class times along with our current T/Thur 10:30 classes.
What is BootCamp?
It’s got all of the CrossFit components you know minus the heavy and technical stuff. Work on your endurance here with our 15min + workouts.
