Adult Crossfit

At Barrington CrossFit, our one-hour Group Fitness Classes are led by experienced coaches who guide you through every step of the session. Each class kicks off with a warm-up, followed by a focused strength or skill segment, and wraps up with the WOD (Workout of the Day). The WOD is the high-intensity portion that brings it all together, incorporating a mix of bodyweight movements, weightlifting, Olympic lifting, plyometrics, and cardiovascular conditioning.

Our expert coaches ensure you’re getting the most out of every workout, whether you’re aiming to boost strength, hone a skill, or push your intensity to new levels. With workouts that are scalable to any fitness level, everyone from beginners to advanced athletes can find their best fit in every class.
