How and when did you start doing CrossFit?
I joined CFB about 6 years ago. Two of my soccer teammates would constantly talk about CrossFit and the intense workouts. It sounded challenging and the timing was perfect so I decided to give it a try.

Tell us a little bit about yourself. Family? Job? Hobbies?
I grew up in Barrington and graduated from BHS in 1990. Met my wife Chantal on a blind date and remarried in 2017. We have five kids between the two of us (Bella-21, Madeline-20, Marcus-19, Morgan-16, Keegan-15). We are fortunate they are an amazing bunch of kids and have blended together so well. I work in Sales for a California based Manufacturing Company and have traveled to some unique places that I never imagined having a chance to visit. I enjoy golfing, skiing, wakesurfing and traveling with my wife and kids.

Favorite WOD and Favorite Movement?
Linda. Handstand pushups

Least favorite WOD and least favorite movement?
Any WOD with Thrusters. Sadly, still challenged with double unders.

Your Favorite junk food?
Pizza and simply cannot say NO to an Oberweis Chocolate Shake

If you were stranded on a deserted island, what three items would you want with you?
A ridiculously filling snack, ice and beer.

Describe yourself in one word?
Consistent. Perhaps a little predictable as I try to get to the gym 5 days per week and maintain a regular eating regiment to avoid getting crabby.

If you could create a WOD, what would it look like?
20 minute AMRAP. 200 meter run, 5 handstand pushups, 10 OH Strict Press, 10 ring dips and 20 weighted sit-ups. I would call it McLovin.
