How and when did you start doing CrossFit?
Dalen: 7(?) years ago I followed my friends to CFB. Peer Pressure!
Daniel: I was about 5 or 6 years old when my Mom and Dad signed me up for Kids Crossfit. I started Teen Crossfit in 6th grade.
Nathan: I started Kids Crossfit at 3 or 4. I started Teen Crossfit at 6th grade.

Tell us a little bit about yourself. Family? Job? Hobbies?
Our family includes Michael & Camryn, Lucy (our Boxer) and sometimes Monte and Sandee (Newfoundlands) + our CFB Family!
Hobbies: Crossfit! Running – Basketball – Football.

Favorite WOD and Favorite Movement?
Dalen: Murph. Cleans
Daniel: Anything with Running. Cleans
Nathan: Murph

Least favorite WOD and least favorite movement?
Dalen: Any WOD with Wall Balls. The Bike and I don’t love each other.
Daniel: Karen. And Overhead Squats.
Nathan: Karen.

Your Favorite junk food?
Dalen: Just one? Guacamole.
Daniel: Swedish Fish.
Nathan: Chips.

If you were stranded on a deserted island, what three items would you want with you?
Dalen: Lighter, Water bottles, Lots of Soap (Stranded with 2 boys? C’mon)
Daniel: Fishing Rod, Water Bottles, & a Volleyball
Nathan: Raft, Water Bottles, Beef Jerky
Describe yourself in one word?
Dalen: Motivated
Daniel: Relaxed
Nathan: Easy Going

If you could create a WOD, what would it look like?
Dalen: 2 Rounds: 400 M run + 10-9-8-7. . .1 of Cleans, Pull ups, Burpees
Daniel: 15 Min AMRAP: 400m Run, 21 Sit ups, 15 Deadlifts, 9 Cleans
Nathan: 3 Rounds: 12 Power Cleans, 24 Push Ups, 18 Pull Ups
