Partner WOD
-40 dumbbell bench press
-40 toes to bar
-40 wall balls
-40 dumbbell walking lunges (suitcase)
-40 medball sit-ups
-40 dumbbell deadlifts
-40 push-ups
-40 alternating dumbbell snatch
*One partner works at a time. Break up reps as needed.



-Toes to nose/Knees to chest/Knee raises as needed
