-5 strict pull-ups
-5 strict ring dips
-10 DB bent over rows
-10 DB bench press

*2 minute rest between sets
*10 DB bent over rows each arm
*Pull-ups and dips should be unbroken each round
*Rows and bench should be heavy, but unbroken each round

Competition:
-Weighted pull-ups and dips as needed

Performance/Fitness:
-Bands as needed
