I started CrossFit in November of 2014. I had done Bootcamp type classes in the past and wanted to try something different.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. Family? Job? Hobbies?
I been married to Chris (6am) for 13 years, we have 2 dogs and 2 cats. I am a Certified Veterinary Technician at Chicago Equine Medical Center in Wauconda and have been there for 16 years. I enjoy relaxing on the boat, and just hanging out with my friends and family.

Favorite WOD and Favorite Movement?
I really enjoy the WOD’s with lifting/pull ups etc. and running incorporated together, so I would have to go with La Vida Loca or Murph.
Favorite Movement: I do like back squats but as I am getting better at power snatch I am starting to like that movement more.

Least favorite WOD and Least Favorite Movement?

My least favorite WOD: Karen
My least favorite movement is Stone to Shoulder.
Your Favorite junk food?
Chocolate Peanut Butter Ice Cream.

20-30 minute AMRAP partner or alone.
400m run
10 Power cleans
20 sit ups
10 Pull ups
