When did you start doing CrossFit?
Tell us a little bit about yourself?
I’ve been married to my husband, Craig, for 17 years. I have two amazing kids. Alec, 15 and Nicolette, 12. When we are not running around crazy to football and baseball games, or tumbling competitions, we are an outdoors family. Always enjoy spending time with family and close friends. I think I am a kind, honest and trustworthy person. I always enjoy meeting new people, especially at CF!
What was your fitness routine before CrossFit?
Running, Bootcamp and a little weight training.

Well, I would not say my least favorite, but definitely my most challenging is any WOD with PULLUPS!

What advice would you give to a newbie just joining CrossFit Barrington?
As hard as it is to be new, DON’T EVER GIVE UP! Just keep going! And definitely don’t ever compare yourself to anyone else. We’ve all been there before. Everyone is so motivating and supportive. Some of my closest friends are the ones I have met at CrossFit!
