“Two Thurty”
5 Rounds of:
2:30 work and 2:30 rest
-10 back squats
Round 1: max effort calorie row
Round 2: max effort dumbbell hang clean and jerk
Round 3: max effort hand release push-ups
Round 4: max effort dumbbell goblet squats
Round 5: wall sit hold
*10 back squats from the rack to start each round.
*Alternate every 5 reps for clean and jerk
*Record total reps



-Push-ups or Knee push-ups
