PERSONAL AND TECHNIQUE SESSIONS
In our private or technique coaching sessions our certified coaches will ensure each session is tailored to your individual fitness level.
This program is intended for those looking to ease their way into a general CrossFit class or for those looking to improve specific movements. Sessions are 30 to 60 minutes and vary in pricing.

The CrossFit Barrington Kids program introduces functional fitness and healthy living with fun games and structured activities. Our certified CrossFit Kids coach will take a class through activities that involve basic movements such as pushing, pulling, running, jumping, squatting and throwing. These are the same functional movements we teach our adult members. We stress mechanics and consistency before introducing intensity and volume.
The CrossFit Barrington Kids program is for children 5-12. (If your children don’t meet this current age range, please check back as we are always looking for opportunities to expand our current program).
**Children at age 12 can be tested for the Teen program.
CFB Teens is a strength and conditioning program designed for teen athletes and non-athletes alike. Similar to our adult program we combine age and ability appropriate weightlifting, gymnastics and conditioning with high intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance, as well as establish a love of fitness that will carry them through life.
Our program provides general physical preparedness. This combined with proper nutrition is the base of an athlete. You become a better athlete in our class as we teach you to move, incorporating all aspects of fitness.
SPORT SPECIFIC TRAINING
If you are already an athlete we will help take you to the next level. We assist athletes by teaching proper mechanics, recovery, movement, nutrition and flexibility. Our program is meant for all ages from Middle School through High School.
