When did you start CrossFit?

October 2013.

What do you like to do outside school and CrossFit?

I like spending time with my friends and family. I like to snowboard, wakeboard, and go kayaking. Most of all, my favorite thing to do is harassing my little sister Emerson.

What is one short term and one long term CF goal?

Short-term: Handstand walks, stringing TTB consistently

Long-term: Be a Wodkilla for all the workouts in the open for Rx.

Favorite and Least favorite WOD?

Favorite: Annie, WODs with squat cleans

Least Favorite: La Vida Loca

Favorite and Least favorite movement?

Favorite: Clean, Front Squat

Least Favorite: Strict Press

Favorite healthy food and favorite junk food?

Healthy: Broccolini.

Junk: Oreos and Reese’s Cups.

 Why do you enjoy CrossFit?

I enjoy CrossFit because when I think of CrossFit there is not one negative thing that comes to mind. I look forward going to CrossFit everyday. I love talking to the other crossfitters and coaches, the atmosphere, and especially the WOD. Going to CrossFit, is always my favorite part of the day, and I love it.

Who are your role models?

My biggest role model is my mom. My biggest CrossFit role models are Camille Leblanc-Bazinet, Annie Thorisdottir, and Julie Foucher.
