-Walking lunges
-Knees to elbows
-Push press
-GHD back extensions
-Wall balls
-Double unders

-As written
-35/26 kettlebell
-45/35 barbell
-20/14 ball

-30 reps of each
-Banded good mornings instead of back extensions
-14/10 ball
