10 Minute AMRAP of:
-1 burpee muscle-up
-10 doulbe unders
*Add 1 muscle-up and 10 double unders each round

-Ring or Bar muscle-up

-Burpee chest to bar pull-ups
-Double unders

-Double unders or double the amount for singles
-Burpee pull-up OR 1 burpee then 1 ring row
