-10 kettlebell swings 53/35

Station Three:
AMRAPx5
-21 sit-ups
-15 air squats
-9 ring rows

Station Four:
AMRAPx5
-35 double unders
-10 deadlift 155/105

*Score is:
-Total rounds as a team, not extra reps.
-Rotate through so each athlete does each station once.
-1 minute rest after each.
