“Pool Season”
4 Rounds
Every 5 minutes start a new round.

Competition/Performance:
-40 sit-ups
-30 walking lunges
-20 air squats
-10 TTB

Fitness:
-30 sit-ups
-20 walking lunges
-20 air squats
-10 knee raises

*Rest the remaining time in the 5 minutes.
*Record fastest and slowest rounds.
*Each round should be a sprint.
