-16 dumbbell power cleans
-50 double unders
*One partner works at a time.
*Must finish dumbbell power cleans first.
*Break up reps as needed.

Competition:
-50’s/35’s
-Double unders

Performance:
-35’s/20’s
-Double unders

Fitness:
-20’s/15’s
-30 double under or 30 double under attempts OR 50 single unders
