Teams of two
Complete for time:
-Bench Press: 100 reps
-Deadlifts: 100 reps
-Medball Cleans: 100 reps

*Break up reps as needed. Must finish all reps of bench before moving to the deadlift. Must use same barbell.
*Each set of 100 should take no more than 6 minutes. Scale accordingly.

Competition:
-Bench: 135/85
-Deadlift: 225/155
-Medball clean: 20/14

Performance:
-Bench: 95/65
-Deadlift: 135/95
-Medball clean: 20/14

Fitness:
-Bench: 75/35
-Deadlift: 95/65
-Medball clean: 14/10
