Teams of two
26 minute AMRAP of:
-50/42 calorie row
-40 deadlifts
-30 hang squat cleans
-20 bench press
*Break up reps as needed. One partner works at a time.

Competition:
-Men:155# for all movements
-Women: 105# and 85# for bench press.

Performance:
-Men: 115# for all movements
-Women: 80# and 60# bench press

Fitness:
*Hang power cleans
Men: 95# for all movements
Women: 65# and 45# bench press
