I'm a beginner, is CrossFit for me?

Yes. CrossFit Barrington welcomes individuals from all fitness levels. Our workouts are scalable to benefit anyone on any fitness level from seniors to triathletes. We will ensure the weights and intensity are adjusted to suit your capabilities. Our members range from age 4 to 70, from collegiate athletes to those that haven’t trained in a decades.

There are no contracts. Memberships are auto-billed on the 1st of every month. Ach payment is preferred, there is a $5.00surcharge for Debit or Credit Cards. Paid in full and cash memberships are available.

We require a 30 day notice to cancel a membership. Email [email protected] to set up.

Drop-ins are more than welcome at CFB but must have at least two months of CrossFit experience. Our drop-in rate is $20and weekly rates are available. Drop-in and t-shirt or tank top is $35. You must email [email protected] or call us at 224-633-3797 at least a day or two in advance and we will send you our online waiver prior to your attendance. We look forward to meeting you!
