CrossFit Barrington offers expert-led CrossFit classes and personalized training for all fitness levels. At CrossFit Barrington, we combine personalized nutrition, fitness, and accountability coaching to help our members fast-track their results and make health a way of life.

To see results, we recommend attending 3-4 classes per week.

No! No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the fitness program that is right for you. Every workout is designed to help you succeed, improve fitness, and move you toward your goals. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.

Our class programming will include a strength portion in which you’ll work on something like Olympic weightlifting, deadlifting, squatting, or bodyweight strength or you may work on a skill like handstand push-ups. After the strength or skill portion of the class is complete, most days will involve a workout that was programmed for that specific day. Workouts can be anywhere between 5 to 20 minutes or more.

Nutrition is the foundation of health and fitness. Our coaching program is written by Registered Dietitians focusing on a habit-based and holistic approach addressing nutrition, mindset, sleep, stress management, support system, lifestyle and daily movement.

We have three core nutrition principles:
1. Focus on whole foods first. Eat meats and veggies, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch, and minimal added sugar.
2. Balance macronutrients with meals and snacks. Pair protein, carbohydrates, and fats together to help you stay full and satisfied, stabilize blood sugar and meet your protein needs for the day.
3. Limit the amount of added sugar which is one of the leading causes of chronic disease today.
