Our one-hour CrossFit classes are guided by certified coaches who walk you through every phase—from warm-up to cooldown. Each session includes:

Strength or skill training

Our expert-led strength and skill training segment builds core physical capacity by focusing on safe, progressive development of essential CrossFit movements like squats, presses, Olympic lifts, and gymnastics skills.

A high-intensity WOD

The high-intensity WOD combines constantly varied functional movements—like lifting, jumping, rowing, and bodyweight exercises—into a fast-paced, calorie-torching session proven to build strength, endurance, and resilience.

Our CrossFit Kids program introduces functional movement and active play in a safe, structured setting. Each class includes:
